Entirely anecdotal, but a good friend of mine who's relatively fit and around the same age (late 30's) messaged me yesterday to say he's double jabbed, but is currently bedridden haven't contracted Covid. He's lost all sense of taste and in agony struggling to breathe. I assumed myself the vaccine made the virus an annoyance at best, especially on the total relaxation of restrictions in the UK. Regards my friend this could be an isolated case, but still I don't think the overall message communicated is "the vaccine should help you not die, but you're still going to be wiped out struggling to breathe" |
