I thought Splinter Cell: Blacklist (on Perfectionist difficulty) was pretty great. Probably like it as much, or maybe more than Chaos Theory (just needed more Mike Ironside).

Big one for me is probably Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, Mass Effect engine...
