Playing this on PC in council-spec fashion (XBox One controller, no VR headset), but I had to switch VSync on and lock it to 60hz to get it to play smoothly, even with the latest NVidia drivers.

The first Rebel mission in the prologue was stuttering and jerking all over the shop, even though my MSI Afterburner overlay said I was getting nearly 200fps. Have heard similar experiences with others using the Steam overlay. Hopefully they patch it soon.

Had similar problems with Mafia: Definitive Edition when I bought it last weekend. Have to play in borderless window rather than full-screen to get anything over 60fps. All makes me wonder why I bothered ascending to the 144hz Gang.
