Wow. I really hope what ever they are planning to do is good. I loved Turrican back in the day and Turrican 2 is to this day one of my all time favorite games. While I seriously doubt that they can capture the feeling of the original games I hold out hope for a new version that manages to build on the ideas of the original games. In my eyes Turrican 2 on the Amiga was the high-point of the series, with its sprawling level filled with secrets, tight game play and a soundtrack that at least for me has stood the test of time. |
