I have used hl.co.uk, they seem to be pretty good. Unfortunately couldn't get on on AMC personally as I have just moved house and couldn't fill in some tax form for US shares until 5 days after updating. So I bought NOK instead 🙄. Not sure how they compare price wise, but not seen any issues with buying limits
