Just had a great run...
in B1 ran into one lockdown room finished them off with about 70% health then the next room was another lockdown with the green beam, managed the get out by the skin of my teeth by just shooting the tower then running into the nearest room, anyway...

In the next room, nice (i thought) loads of green health pick ups, but loads more creatures appeared, ok though, managed to finish them while running to pick up the health.

Only then that i realized i had run into a containment room

as another wave appears.

Anyway, died on wave three. (about 27 deaths already for me)
