Is it a parasite? I'm mid run in B1 and left a parasite on the ground that gives health when you damage (or possibly kill, I forget) enemies, but hinders (or stops) health pickups. Is that it? I left that sitting there as I wasn't sure it was a good trade-off.
I'm pretty sure it was an item without negative trade-offs. Probably something you can get with a parasite as well. |
