- My English would be worse/less fluent.
- I wouldn't know what an ideal woman looks like/jk
- I would be more social and more often drunk, probably
- Most importantly I wouldn't have missed the boat.

I, I... can't actually imagine how different I'd be, the same way I cannot imagine where I'd be without the internet.
