| If the pain is in your shins it's probably shin splints. Use to suffer from them myself. If so, you probably need to ease off the pace a bit and you might be walking a bit flat footed. You can fix this with better trainers and by retraining yourself to improve your walking gait. Walking on hard surfaces doesn't help. |
