(careful) Exercise really is the silver bullet for sorting out muscular back pain in my experience. I started doing regular exercise after pulling a muscle in my back nearly twenty years ago. Prior to that I was often suffering from minor pain and twinges in my back but it's been pretty pain free since. Many back problems just stem from spending too much time sitting down hunched over a pc/laptop and not enough time standing up or moving. |
