@glo not at all mate :D I'm actually allergic to running I have a condition called exercise uticaria that really restricts the types of cardio I can do. So I tend to walk a lot, cycle and jump on the cross trainer sporadically.
I'm old and I have crap tendons which restricts me to low impact stuff normally. Running any distance on hard surfaces would generally lead to injury pretty quickly. Do a lot of brisk walking (mainly with the dogs) and 30-60mins of some other low(ish) impact daily exercise (yoga, qigong or ringfit on the switch). Used to do a lot of swimming before the pandemic but haven't been since march 2020.

Your day of driving has given me a window of opportunity. I'm only a few hundred steps behind.. Stuck in the office today though so won't get chance to catch up until this evening's dog walk.
