This does look cool but I can’t see it doing much in terms of getting near the mass market. Compared to a Switch it will be comparatively complicated to use, aesthetically and physically clunky and lacking in brand power.

For serious hobbyists it could do well. Switch has found a niche for some as their “indie machine” and this is a very strong proposition for that side of the market.
