If you want a site builder go with Wix, Squarespace, or Duda - they all have decent tools, hosting and domains are usually included in the pricing.

If you have a site built that you just need to host somewhere, pick your poison, hosting companies are ten a penny and most of them end up being bought by the big players. As already mentioned avoid 1&1 like the plague.

I’ve had decent experience with Gandi for domains, can be a little expensive though, not used their hosting.
