Bruce Lee on the C64. Played it through dozens of times over the years. (It helps that it's pretty easy and can be completed in about 20 minutes) Definitely a 'comfort game' for me when I'm feeling at a loose end and don't know what else to play.

If anyone's interested, there have been two sequels made for the C64 in recent years: Bruce Lee 2 and Bruce Lee: Return of Fury. Both stick to the original formula, but are much harder thanks to more complex level design. They're really good though!

Edit: Oh, and Eternal Darkness on the GameCube. Done the 'complete' playthrough (where you have to finish the game 3 times with the different runes to get the proper ending) at least 3 times. Possibly even more.
