Might be asking the obvious but have you checked your spam folder? It's the Proboards account system that sends out the emails so we don't have any control over that unfortunately, if you're definitely not getting the mails then you'll need to check with Proboards support.
Thanks for that. Have checked spam but it's just not having it. I have added noreply@proboards.com to my contacts as per their help docs and will see if that fixes things. I can use a different email if that doesn't work |
