My partner's nephew went to town on my Samsung 4k this morning. Smudgy handprints over half the screen. Tried to buff it off with the provided microfibre cloth (now a bit worried that I used to much pressure and was a bit too vigorous). Barely made any difference, prints still visible.

Ordered this stuff - https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B004HS1IOS/ref=od_aui_detailpages00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 - will arrive tomorrow. Hopefully that will do the trick. Anyone had any experience with this kind of thing?

Also, if there is any permanent damage to the screen, what's the recommended next step? Can you get screen's replaced? Would I be able to claim on my contents insurance (I have accidental damage cover)?
