Got myself one of the Sony xh9005 tvs. Better picture than my 200 quid Samsung from 5 years ago which now resides in the spare room. We've just moved house to a place where the previous owner had installed some ceiling speakers. Any idea how I can use these from the TV? I'm feeling lots of potential for surround sound awesomeness, but no idea what I need to make it all work. There are a bunch of banana sockets on the wall with the speakers labelled and I assume I need an amplifier, but not sure a) what to buy and b) if the set up will work well. Anyone have any experience with this stuff? |
