    I cant believe you guys are'nt using TVersity! It's the BEST thing since sliced bread (for those who like sliced bread of course). It transcodes DIVX and other video formats on the fly so that the 360 thinks it's a WMV. It works really well, and that's how I'm watching season 6 of 24 right now.

    It's a bit tricky to get to work at the beginning, and you need to install ffdshow for various codec reasons, but after it's just great.

    That way you dont need to do some painful transcoding which creates redundant media on your HDD.
