You are going to need to get hold of a bootable windows CD. I sounds like the mbr is not setup correctly or the SATA is not set as the bootable partition.|
However this is not really going to help as you will not be able to boot up your old install correctly as it will try to use the old drivers for your motherboard disk controllers etc which will probably fail.
If you get the windows disk you can do a recovery install which should keep your old settings and programs/files and give you a working windows install.
