I had a bit of a nightmare with Shopto a while back. Ordered a game, but halfway through the delivery it got sent back to them because half of my address was missing from the label on the parcel. It took me over 8 weeks to sort it out. At the moment you can only talk to them through Facebook or by raising tickets in their system. (I'm sorry but it's frankly bobbins that they haven't figured out a new phone system nearly a year into the pandemic.) I repeatedly raised tickets and talked to them on Facebook, and was met with constant inaction, or worse people saying they would do something and then doing nothing. Worst customer service I've ever had from a games company. I finally got a refund from them after I sent a very strongly worded ticket saying I was going to report them to a consumer watchdog.
