Simple really, as the title, how do I know if I have 1 stick or 2 of memory in my laptop?

Its a Toshiba Satallite with 1GB of memory, but the low FPS in SH4 has made me want to upgrade it to 2GB. Is it a relatively simple task installing memory in a laptop, and wheres the best place to get it from?

I've had to upgrade the memory in 2 laptops so far and found this site to be quite good. There's a memory finder on their frontpage where you can find the make and model of your laptop and it tells you what memory you need. I think they do free delivery as well.

With regards to actually installing it, it's a doddle. Flip your laptop over (switched off obviously), locate the 'flap' where your memory is situated, open it up and plonk the new memory in (ensuring it all lines up first).
