Drink when you are thirsty until you no longer are thirsty. Drink water mostly. Stay away from soda and juice. That's the only rules you really need. Edit: Juice and soda have roughly equal amounts of sugar and calories. Edited by Pike at 11:26:11 12-06-2014 |
