I started my diet at the end of February with the end goal being to gain some visible abs. I started off (I'm 5ft7) at 75kg (2 years bulking) and as of today I'm 61.8KG, with my abs coming through nicely. Had a bit of a plateau late June to early July but I managed to break through it by starting to jog on the spot at home for 20-30 minutes a few times a week. Sounds pretty easy but you really start sweating after 10 minutes if you do it fast enough. |
