    Hahaha I had a free personal trainer session in the gym today. He tried to get me to do HIIT exercises and after literally 5 minutes (that's 3 1-minute reps) I had a full on whitey and had to sit on the floor. Then I managed to faint while sitting down. SO MUCH FUN. My heart rate when I felt all the blood drain out of brain was only around 120 and in my normal workout I try to keep it around 150 when I'm doing cardio, so it wasn't purely a fitness thing.

    Apparently it was a blood sugar thing, despite the fact I don't have diabetes (got tested for that when I had Kidney stones a few months back). Bleh. Going to be awkward going back into the gym now.
