    I've managed to shift 2 and a half stone in 5 months from being on the Slimming World routine. Binned off alcohol altogether and bread is scarce, only allowed thins with my eggs.

    I walk between 3.5 to 4 miles on the work commute which I believe has allowed me to safely lose weight most weeks.

    Tonight I'm at the start of Man V Fat Football in Manchester. 8 teams of 11 men playing 6 a side footy with weight checks after each game. For every loss per man, the team gains more goals on the final score. I can't wait to get started.
