    I'm down 2.5 stone since September, just from diet alone. I'm playing in the five a side leagues now at least once a week, I can sneak in a 2nd warm up game on a Saturday morning.

    Once we get to March, I'll be planning to get two decent (15 mile) bike rides into my week. One will be a home time commute and the other will be one to explore the bike routes of Cheshire. I should hope that extra exercise will get me down to 13 stone by May time. I'm currently 14 stone 4 lbs.
