Hi experts. I've been working out for a year now at home with weights for about an hour a day and have lost all excess weight I had and am just pretty much lean muscle now. But I wanna bulk now. What's the best plan of action as I can't go gym and I work on my feet all day so I can snack a lot but that's all really.... Best foods I can have at work to bulk whilst keeping up my regular regime?? |
