    I just joined a gym (and have started calorie counting and keeping it below 1880 because my BMI has slipped up to obese) and the second induction session was a trainer getting me to do these weird things like bouncing a weight off a trampoline and wiggling ropes and pushing a sled type thing.

    Anyway each thing was only 30 seconds and she made me do all four one after the other, but it damn near killed me. I genuinely felt like I was going to be sick. She looked very unimpressed when I said I'd probably leave it there for that session. Bit disheartening.
