    Nice one!

I've never been into endurance sports. I'm sure it'd be alright once you get going but I just can't get my head around spending 20 mins max doing intervals and getting it over with, versus an hour (or more) doing the thing I don't want to do in the first place.
I bought a Rogue Echo Bike last friday so that I can do the shitty stuff at home.
I get what you mean. I was in the same boat but decided to change from fast, short runs to mid/long distance runs just to see how I got on. Starting off it was a chore as you find your mind wavering as well as the body tiring but after a while I ended up loving it. I actually became frustrated at my shorter runs and was happier at the end of 1 hour+ runs.
