    Get a dog, walk it twice a day, every day, for at least 30 minutes each session. Preferably on uneven muddy fields, so all your body flexes trying to keep balance. The weight falls off, and everything tones up.

    Not practical for everyone, but where I was blimping up a little from working from home, on PCs, no exercise at all, it sorted me out in just a couple of months.
