@sport - I had to compromise on a few areas myself - all british garages seem to have bugger all headroom, so overhead presses get done outside the rack. I just picked up weights here & there, a few pairs of 10kg plates from argos when they were going fairly cheap & some from ebay (pick-up only, obv.). remember, you don't need big brands - any old shit will do as long as it fits on the bar & weighs something. I imagine that by February, there'll be a fuckton of weights on ebay after everyone's given up on new year's fitness. |
