    Well with the lack of suggestions, and my minimal imagination when it comes to food I went for chicken fajita with whole meal wraps.

    Sport, I manned up and whacked half of an avocado sliced up into strips on the side, and I must say, it's super tasty with chicken, so alls not lost on the slimy fruit front just yet.

    Anyone use any amino acid drinks? I went my supplement shop for a few shakers and he's given me 2 samples of amino acid beverage one from ON and one from BSN, but to be honest I don't know much about them?
