    Don't know if its a squat target I should have hit earlier, I'm about 17stone so 110kg squat. Was an ego lift as I wasn't going to attempt that weight today. Always have back off set of 10 afterwards. Monday is my only heavy day with squats, so plenty of rest till next Monday. Front squats Wednesday :)
