    Indeed, but let's not forget that this problem is not confined to the UK - it's becoming a western world problem, spreading like a disease from our cousins over the 'pond'

    But it just isn't true that this is a disease of the rich western world.
    Look at this graph, clearly we're doing something wrong that just isn't happening to the same extent in other rich countries. Why are our figures so drastically different from Denmark, Switzerland or Japan?
