I think I've hit that dangerous point when I've gone into full collector mode. Recently acquired Splotter's Antiquity and ordered a found copy of Roads and Boats from them directly; grabbed a Republic of Rome and a bargain priced Hannibal: Rome vs Carthage (£20 from Amazon). And I'm seriously considering dipping for an out of print Phil Eklund game. Thanks to a pay rise settlement, I'm the proud/slightly overwhelmed owner of both Shadows of Brimstone base sets (love Flying Frog's stuff) and the massive beast that is Kingdom: Death Monster. Which is just the most mind-blowing thing I've ever opened. Hey, I play all these, and love them... and at least I'm trying to step back from Kickstarter. Mostly. |
