I managed to give Mansions of Madness ahead of Halloween. I really enjoyed it - it felt a lot less harsh than the Arkham Horror LCG, and a lot simpler, but not devoid of interesting decisions.|
The way damage and horror work in this is pretty fun, and in this game lead to my investigator running around the mansion on two broken legs whilst the other investigator was first wounded, then went insane while intermittently attempting a sliding block puzzle.
Iím unsure quite how much replay value there will be, but gather a lot of people on bgg rate the heck out of it so there must be a fair bit of variety to be had.
