In some ways the reduction in UK friendly projects on KS is helping me to wean myself off my KS addiction. Makes me think a lot more about the total cost when you are facing +50% or more for shipping and VAT. A "good deal" then sometimes isn't, and, factor in some discounting by retailers, it suddenly becomes better to wait - the recent Root expansions definitely fall into this category. Plus I've noticed shipping estimates being wrong a lot recently - when it comes time to settle the pledge manager, they've gone up a few dollars. It all adds up.
