Kingsman 2 - 50% Loved the first movie, so was hoping for the best from this one. Unfortunately a lot of the reviews are right, it's far too long and it's missing that slightly fucked up edge the first one had. I feel it could have done with a couple of extra action sequences, as only the first and last ones leave any lasting impression. (And no, sadly the church sequence isn't topped). Far too many jokes fell flat, and that 'surprise' cameo really outstays their welcome by the end. It's got a great cast and some cool action (what there is of it) but that's about it. |
