    I had issues with some of the silly plotting in Sunshine even in the first half. When they send the only guy who can complete the mission out to fix the shields because someone gets annoyed at them over something inconsequential.

    That's always stuck with me as a great example of really poor writing. I can only imagine that they were writing it scene by scene and by the time they started stating they were the only guy who could complete the mission they had forgotten that they had put them in such a risky situation for no reason in the earlier scene. Maybe multiple writers not knowing what the others had written.

    Plenty of other poor writing in it as well but that really stood out.
