I really enjoyed this even though it's very run of the mill in terms of horror tropes but then I guess that's the point of the series (I haven't read the books). I do have a feeling that something else is going on though as the setting and characters don't really feel 90s and I'm getting Cabin in the woods vibes.

I put that down to it being terribly cast, written and acted.

The soundtrack alone was enough to make me scream. We're in the 90s and just to reinforce that we will play 6 90s tracks in the space of 3 minutes. Every 3 minutes.
