Rise of the Planet of the Apes 9/10

Verry entertaining and an excelent reboot/prequel what ever, to the franchise. The special effects are verry wel done, especially the apes. They look like real animals, except they can now emote and act convincingly. Non of the "rubber mask syndrome" of the older movies.

It does also illustrate the utter stupidity of the avarage movie go-er. It's not really a spoiler to say that the movie has some dark themes. Man mistreating ape, ape goes out for revenge.
Except that a large part of the audiance diden't see much more then "hurpah durp, monkey do human stuff, dat funnyyah, derp derp hahahhaa". really anoying that people start laughing at imporant, dark or emotional moments in the film. And not because it looked silly, like I said, the special effects are exceptional.
Even when the movie spells out: apes are not there for your amusement, they are inteligent wild animals and should be respected, the audiance still diden't get it.
