They are both about equal in speed from all the reviews I have seen, with the 9200 being a little bit faster in Dx 8 games.
If it was me though, id try overclocking both cards to thier max [with Rage3d tweak for the 9200 and Rivatuner for the GF3], and then stay with the one that overclocked the best since it would likely be the faster of the two after that.

Heres a huge roundup of around 50 cards with benchmarks for all of them.... 9200 and GF3 are about equal here.
