    Looking at some winter training. can't stand the monotony of the gym and am looking at rollers vs turbo...from what I can see rollers look to keep you more alert due to the risk of falling off etc, however lots of opinion that turbo is better for intervals etc. would mainly be using to get stronger over winter.

    Any thoughts?
