@Decks they were bought out by Mike Ashley a while ago and from what i understand there's a re-contracting going on to bring staff in line with his other shit-show businesses zero hours contracts, so lots of good people either being moved on or moving on. Also think they're a bit pricey from memory. Personally - i'd use my local bike shop rather than risk it.
