I put it in the tray, says loading web enabled update, and it never loads and the system is completely un-responsive.

Tried it both signed and not signed into live.

PS3 owning mate is laughing at me.

    Any ideas?

Apparently there has been some problems with the disc playing after using the web enabled content. Your best bet is to have a look on the hi def digest site as I think that the solution has been posted there. Sorry I couldn't be more helpfull, but I have read about it but can't remember the specifics.

It's in the reader repsones here:

Isn't Transformers only available on HD-DVD and not on Blu Ray?

In which case you can laugh at your mate.

Try clearing the memory for the HD-DVD drive from the dashboard.

I had the same problem as you did and found that clearing the memory sorted out the problem (possibly not the best solution as I'm guessing you'll lose your bookmarks etc. but it worked for me).
