    @Decks I'm convinced.

If it didn't happen that way, then the only other possibility is that she shot herself in the mouth and THEN fitted the cuffs to her wrists and put them behind her back. Simples.

Shame about the body cam being knocked off. Would be interested in seeing how she managed it.

She further confounded things by knocking the bodycams off their uniforms during an earlier struggle.

I wonder if she managed to extract the cops DNA and put it in her anus and vagina after knocking the bodycams off but before shooting herself

Amazing story. A woman who is able to detect (smell) Parkinsons in a person 10+ years before they would normally start seeing symptoms.

Given the impending drug shortages in the wake of brexit perhaps it's time to consult Prince Charles and finally give homeopathy the place it deserves within the NHS.

It's just a shame we're going to run out of water too in 20 odd years.

Can there possibly be any greater claim to fame than to be one of the guys from the "fart bullying" trial.

So, this Debenhams vs Mike Ashley debacle has led to this:

    https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-47864580

I can't get my ahead around the Debenhams board's thinking? It seems like, they'd rather crash their company, suspend sales, close stores and ultimate cause job losses, to stop Ashley saving them so save face?

I'm not defending Ashley, I think he's a twat. But if he pumped £150 million in and is looking at execs who oversaw a record £500 million loss last year, doesn't he have right to intervene?

Mike Ashley being CEO would be a mistake IMO given he has a reputation as being a boorish knob.

Debenhams positions itself as an up market establishment. Being owned and run by Mr Sports Direct would destroy that image.

I imagine having your business turned into another outlet for that fat tramp to peddle his dayglo Hi-tec shell suits is far from appealing.

It's failing because physical retail is struggling and they failed to keep up with online shopping.

Making him CEO isn't the answer.

Plus they probably want to try and protect their remaining staff from the slave labour practices he employs at Sports Direct.

I'm sure making Debenhams adopt Sports Direct's shopping experience would bring the shoppers flooding in.

So it's better to have a job that isn't really a job with no guarantee of any hours and if you can't get into work within 15 mins of them telling you they need you for work you may be sacked? Right gotcha.

I don't know, i'm not an expert in this particular situation to know which of the two options is better, having no job at all, stuck trying to find another similar job in a dying industry or a job with an income that could be terminated at short notice.

However it sounds like (as with most things) you are an expert, so i'll defer to you.
