Registered 14 years agoI'm subbed to FDS. And yes, it's a toxic place full of misandry. For example, casually referring to all men as "scrotes". And that's just for starters.
I understand their frustration, to some extent. Maybe I'd empathise more if I had ever dated men. (We are, on the whole, as a gender, badly socialised and emotionally stunted.)
The sub was borne out of valid concerns, and its members do occasionally offer decent advice. But mostly it's a bleak wasteland populated by people who've resigned themselves to sadness and spite.
