Bonus - the lawsuit is about his role in the insurrection attempt in January, and word is his entire email history has been dumped already.

I thought it was just me, having 37 very vital chrome tabs open at once that had done something.

Yeah, some core service seems to have shat itself. AWS and Azure seem to be OK.

Its probably a DNS failure somewhere.

I've just been buying loads of discounted iTunes films. Following on from Total Recall being 3.99, they've got Predator et al for under a fiver.

I suppose, ironically, they did a risk assessment and decided not to keep all of their eggs in their own basket.

Been struggling with various things related to my development work this morning, and Fastly being down explains a hell of a lot.

I do feel far too much reliance is placed on the Internet for important day to day things, like Government services. It's all extremely complicated and goes beyond a human's ability to understand it in places, so it's inevitable it'll be problematic from time to time.

Of course, when things don't work, it's extremely difficult to explain why to my non-tech colleagues, who just want end results.

I think they may use the image resizing and manipulation that Fastly offer. I expect there will be an AWS service that does this being announced in the not too distant future
