Registered 15 years agoSorry, I didn't know where else to put this and didn't want to start a thread just for my question. Hopefully it's relevant enough .gif)
Just backed the kickstarter for the new Crash Magazine annual! Eurogamer article I went for the £25 and over pledge to get the annual and the cup. Crash was such a big part of growing up. Yes, I am an old git.
So if somebody can help me please because I haven't ever used kickstarter before. I was wondering now that I have pledged how do they know where to send the item you pledge. I can't see anywhere to enter an address. Maybe I'm being an idiot. Always a definite possibility! So how does it work? -

Registered 15 years agoJust an update, if anybody wants a hardback copy of the zx spectrum classic mag Crash then now would be a good time! It's only got till 9.30 tomorrow morning to go. So if you want wan better make a pledge. Full disclaimer I'm mostly posting for selfish reasons. It's only got around £400 to go to reach the "8 more pages" stretch goal!

Registered 15 years agoAnd remembered to plump for it in the end as an old fan of the original magazine back in the 80s. Basic tier but it is a poor month.
Hopefully it will be good. -

Registered 15 years agoI am hoping this turns out decent when it arrives. I wasn't impressed with their communication re. Vouchers from the Kickstarter so decided not to buy any more of their books if they cannot bother replying both on the kickstarter comments and direct messages. I gave them a few weeks then gave uo checking. -

Registered 15 years agoGot mine today too. Seems quite nice from a quick browse. Only negative was some reviews crossing pages in a disorganised manner. Looks like plenty of info and features in it even if Indid get questioned by the wife for buying a Spectrum book... -
I'm looking forward to sitting down and reading it properly. I used to get a Crash magazine subscription for Christmas each year, so it's very nostalgic feeling right now .gif)
The badges and calendar are a nice addition too! -
Yeah, I liked the bonus items. The print looks quite nice quality in the book too. The bits that I have read have been decent too. Another ex subscriber from back in the day with fond nemories of Crash at its height before the dwindling market and emphasis on the covertape shrunk the magazine content horribly. I used to get this and YS. I never liked SU at all.
