| This late a embargo cannot he good. Unless they've not sent out review copies, which is even worse. |

Review copies are out, but the embargo is June 1st (US release date) :-/ -
I was going to get it on Friday, I probably won't now without a review. -
Hmm. That doesn't sound promising. -
That's according to a reviewer posting on NeoGAF. Whether any euro sites can release reviews earlier I'm not sure, but I'd say it's unlikely -

That really isn't as overwhelming a recommendation as it sounded like you were going for.
Treme is better than 80% of television ever made. -
Its out tomorrow. -

But if you think Treme isn't a 'very good' television show, I don't know what to do with you. -
That video makes it look like a PS2 port of Mass Effect :/
Though I can forgive janky graphics and motions if the game underneath is good (like the story). We'll see. Might be one I end up picking up once it's cheaper. -
Eh... Treme is pretty bad. It's scene-by-scene, really... There are some great live music scenes, and some powerful/poignant/funny scenes between characters; but there are also some SUPER-clumsy speeches and interactions, along with some really jarring and unnecessary celebrity cameos. And it's all so thin. I'm still watching but for how long. No doubt it's better than 80% of TV ever made but it's nowhere good enough yet to creep into the coveted top percentile. -

Guessing it won't take long to see this under £15 -
Looks like the PC version is nearly that price (Play.com) -

My CD Wow preorder was already £15 to start with (PC version, VAT dodging prices etc, not necessarily a sign they're dumping stock they got allocated but expect to never sell).
That said, reading the bit-tech review I suspect this might be a PC release that is only saved by the mod community, if at all. Hopefully Obsidian will have a few tools to help people carve into the game and tighten up the gameplay even if they can't replace the dialogue. -

Although I don't read many, if any, bit-tech reviews so I have no idea what their rep is like
Edit - Looks like Seoh beat me to it -
Don't worry, that bit-tech review is the exception that proves the rule.
This is looking at a comfortable 99 on metacritic, guaran-fuckin'-teed! -
If the Internet is correct, the review embargo lifts at 2pm on friday, by which time all pre-orders will be out. Looks like they were covering their backs. -

Makes sense to me. I think I might reconsider preordering any game now unless it's an established franchise from now on.
